Shipping
Free shipping is valid only for Italy
Shipping times can vary from 24h to 72h working hours
For orders placed over the weekend, the shipment will start on the following Monday. (also with express delivery ).
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery times are:
- for standard delivery within 48/72H free
- for express service delivery within 24/48H cost 7€ .
- for shipping outside Italy maximum 7 days cost 20 euros
Shipping and delivery times may vary based on holidays and disasters not attributable to our service.
We will send you an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
The competent forwarderwill send you an e-mail with the shipment tracking after the preparation and collection of the package from our warehouse.
We are not responsible for loss or misplacement if the return package is sent to a wrong address.
Returns and Refunds
Send your return request by filling out the contact form that you will find by visiting the dedicated page
Send the return package to our offices within 14 days of notification
Within 14 days of receiving the package we will refund you on the payment method chosen when ordering.
The right of withdrawal provides for the return of the product to the sender within 30 days of receipt, paying any shipping rates for this return.

2) Send the goods within 30 days from the return authorization, by registered mail or courier to our office at the following address:

3) The package must be intact and the shipping cost is at your expense.
4) The refund for product returns is net of any delivery or collection costs. Only the value of the product is refunded within 30 days of receiving the package.
5) The refund will be made on the payment method chosen during the order.
NOTES:
– We are not responsible if you send the returned package to a wrong address
–The costs of returning the order are charged to the customer
–The product must be in perfect condition (not used) and provided with all labels, packaging and, if present, the original documentation and accessories supplied
– If you do not follow these instructions or if the product is damaged, you are aware that JC ITALIA SRL may refuse the return
– If you wish to return only one or more products that were part of the order, JC ITALIA SRL will not be able to refund the shipping costs incurred for the entire order.
– We inform you that the time required for the refund of the amount paid depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase
