The right of withdrawal provides for the return of the product to the sender within 14 days of receipt, paying any shipping rates for this return.

3) The package must be intact and the shipping cost is at your expense.

4) Once the goods have been received, we reserve the right to inspect them and we will return the amount corresponding to the order (goods value + shipment of the original order) within 14 days of receiving the package.

5) The refund will be made on the payment method chosen during the order.

– We are not responsible if I have to send the returned package to an address different from the one indicated.

– The costs of returning the order are charged to the customer.

– The product must be in perfect condition (not used) and provided with all labels, packaging and, if present, the original documentation and accessories supplied.
